Ingredients to make Cheese Corn Mexican Casserole
2 cans creamed corn
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup corn meal
2 cans green chilies, chopped
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Directions to make Cheese Corn Mexican Casserole
Step 1:
Preheat oven to a temperature of 350F (170C)
Step 2:
In a large bowl, add the creamed corn, garlic salt, eggs, vegetable oil and corn meal. Stir to blend all of the ingredients together
Step 3:
Place half of the corn mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Step 4:
Sprinkle half of the cheese over the baking dish, followed by half of the chopped green chilies
